Journeying Through Advent

In the run up to Christmas through the season of Advent, here you can find resources to help you spiritually journey with God towards the celebration of the birth of Jesus. There is an Advent Wreath video, a suggested reading list, and materials for children too. You can also find our Advent and Christmas themed Collective Worships on our Schools page.

For resources from the National Church of England, then visit their website and watch their video below:

Make Your Own Advent Wreath

In the run up to Christmas, we like to light an Advent Wreath in church. This year, we encourage you to make your own Advent Wreath and in this video Revd Ross and Jill will show you how you can make one out of things around the home or outside! Send us photos of your wreaths - we'd love to see them!

Advent 2020 Reading

Waiting on the Word: A Poem a Day for Advent, Christmas and Epiphany - Malcolm Guite
