Revision of the Electoral Roll

Notice is given that the church Electoral Roll of The Parish of Witney will be revised commencing Sunday 16th August until Thursday 3rd September.

You need only complete a form if you have Not completed one before and are NOT already a member on the Electoral Roll but would like to join.

Please complete the ER application form E2 Wit 2019 Electoral Roll application with GDPR or by obtaining a postal copy from Michelle in the Parish Office. This must be completed and returned for inclusion on the Roll to Michelle by posting into the letterbox on the doors of St. Mary’s Church for inclusion by the evening of Thursday 3rd September.

The roll will be available to view electronically from Friday 4th September by request of The Parish Office. Errors and omissions in the roll may be corrected but additions will not be accepted until after the APCM (Annual Parochial Church Meeting) on Sunday 20th September, 4.00 p.m. via Zoom meeting.

Witney Annual Parish Church Meeting (APCM) and Meeting of the Parishioners will be on Sunday 20 September at 4pm.
