Revision of the Electoral Roll Notice 2021

The Electoral Roll of The Parish of Witney will be revised ahead of the APCM on 5 May 2021.

If you are not already on the electoral roll, now is a good time to join.

Please complete the Electoral Roll application form E2 Application for Enrolment Electoral Roll Wit 2021 or by obtaining a postal copy from Michelle in the Parish Office. This must be completed and returned for inclusion on the Roll to Michelle by posting into the letterbox on the doors of St. Mary’s Church.

If you’re already on the electoral roll you don’t need to complete the form again this year.

After the 20th April the revised electoral roll will be available for people to check the names are correct. Please note: In accordance with the Church Representation Rules 2020, only names will be made available on the published version of the role and no other personal information.

The Electoral Roll of The Parish of Minster Lovell is also being revised ahead of the 2021 APCM. For more information, please speak to Minster Lovell PCC Secretary or Churchwarden.
